Any age is a great age to start.
We recently had a 10 years old go through the coaching program.
I recently asked permission to sit in on one of his coaching calls, and I was genuinely impressed by the level
of maturity and self-awareness he showed.
He was engaged, thoughtful, and able to clearly communicate what he was working on mentally —
something many older athletes still struggle with.
I’m also told he’s never shown up late and hasn’t missed a session yet.
When the training is presented in the right way, young athletes are more than capable of learning these skills — and often apply them faster than you’d expect.
No problem at all.
Every live training session is recorded, and all athletes receive lifetime access to the full library of session recordings.
If they miss a call due to a match, practice, school, or travel, they can easily watch the replay and stay on track. Many athletes also choose to revisit past sessions to reinforce key mental skills or review concepts before tournaments.
The live experience is valuable, but nothing is lost if a session is missed — the training is designed to be flexible and fit around a competitive athlete's schedule.
Almost every tennis family we work with already has a full schedule.
Between school, practices, tournaments, fitness training, and travel, there’s rarely a “perfect” time to add something new.
In fact, many of our busiest players and parents tell us this program helps them manage the chaos better — not add to it.
The weekly structure, simple mental performance tools, and clear focus points give players a repeatable system they can use immediately on and off the court. Parents often notice improved emotional control, faster recovery after mistakes, and more confidence during competition — even during the busiest parts of the season.
If you wait for life to slow down, you may be waiting a long time. This training is designed to support players while things are busy, not after.
The live training sessions are held once per week on Sundays and run for 45 minutes.
Most sessions take place from 7:30–8:15pm ET, making it easy for athletes to attend after weekend matches, practice, or travel.
One session is scheduled earlier in the day: Sunday, February 8th from 10:00–10:45am ET (Super Bowl Sunday)
All dates are scheduled in advance so families can plan ahead. And if a session is missed for any reason, the full replay is always available with lifetime access.
