Who is 1:1 coaching for?+
It's built for athletes from youth (around age 10) through the college level (up to 21). Whatever the sport, if they're serious about training the mental side of their game, they're a fit.
Are sessions in person or virtual?+
All coaching runs in a virtual session format, so we work with athletes across the country — no travel needed.
How many sessions will we need?+
We recommend starting with 8 weekly sessions, but nothing here is one-size-fits-all — we'll customize a coaching strategy around each athlete's goals, schedule, and needs.
How soon will we see results?+
Results are a byproduct of commitment. The athletes who consistently train the skills we teach are the ones who see real change — in their mental game and in their performance.
Do you work with parents too?+
Yes — we can work with parents alongside the athlete. We also include a Parent Playbook inside the D1 Mindset Coach+ app that guides parents on how to support their athlete's development and mindset.
How do we get started?+
It starts with a strategy call. If it's a good fit, we'll send your athlete a mental performance assessment to complete, then introduce them to their assigned certified mental peak performance coach on an intro call — where you'll also map out the training calendar together.
